The details behind partnering with Lee Lue The Musical
Effective October 11, 2026
- Ly Theatre Company LLC is not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so sponsorships are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
- Complimentary seats are arranged according to sponsorship tier, with higher tiers seated first — please contact us to confirm seating for your preferred performance.
- We'd love to hand your T-shirts to you in person — they'll be ready for pickup at the theater on show day (we're not able to ship them).
- Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
- Ly Theatre Company has sole discretion over how sponsorship contributions are used and allocated, across the production and the company's operations. Sponsors do not direct how funds are spent unless a separate written agreement with us says otherwise.
- If circumstances beyond our control — such as a natural disaster, government order, or loss of the venue — require us to cancel or reschedule the performance, we'll work with you to move your sponsorship to a new date, or refund the portion of your contribution for benefits we weren't able to deliver.
- Program and lobby recognition is subject to print and production deadlines. Sponsorships confirmed afterward will be recognized on our website and other available channels.
- By sponsoring, you grant Ly Theatre Company permission to display your business name and logo across production and promotional materials.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Your sponsorship is governed by the version in effect on the date you paid; changes apply only to sponsorships made after their effective date.
